Prof. Oh received an Outstanding Teaching Award from Gwangju Institute of Science and Technology (GIST).

He was responsible for two key classes "Finite Element Methods" (MC4202) and "Optimal Design" (MC5116) in Mechanical Engineering. The students who took the classes showed high level of satisfaction among many other classes offered by GIST in 2017.
